No, we will sort, wash, dry, fold, and pack the items. If you have any special handling requests (delicate wash, disinfectant wash, stain treatment, air dry, etc.) or other requests, please let us know at the time of receipt to ensure all items are handled exactly as you require.

We accept cash and card payments.

You can leave your bag in a safe place outside your home (doorstep, porch, reception, etc.) or reschedule the day/time of pickup.

Although not required, you can complete an inventory sheet before collection. You will keep the original sheet, and we will keep a copy inside your bag. Please notify us of any missing items listed on the inventory within 48 hours of the delivery date.

If the item is not found after further investigation, compensation for missing clothing is limited to ten times the amount requested.

We ask that you make sure you remove all items from your pockets before receiving the bag. If items are found in your pockets, we will return them in a sealed bag with your clothes.

Delivery time is 24 hours from pickup to delivery. Large orders (5 or more), bags, or items requiring intensive stain treatment may require more than 25 hours. 24-hour express service is available for some orders for a small fee. Although we cannot guarantee tag removal, we use high-quality products and our colleagues are highly trained and willing to do everything they can to achieve the best possible result.
